THE OLD RECTORY TEAROOM Castle Combe
A very unique and unusual oasis of eclectic curios awaits you inside. As well as piles of interesting and amusing books to choose from and read whilst here, we also have a large private collection of photographs taken during Stephen Spielberg's filming of War Horse which you will be able to view whilst here. Make yourselves at home, warm up infront of the log fire (on colder days) and feel free to browse our little gift shop which is crammed full of some wonderful handcrafted and other gifts.
Our everyday menu is as follows:- Traditional English Cream Tea (two homemade scones served with clotted cream & blackcurrant jam). Pancakes (served with chocolate sauce or golden syrup). Cake Of The Day (our cakes include date & walnut, lemon drizzle, belgian chocolate, sultana loaf and more). All the above are served with Tea or Coffee at £4.50 per head. Please note that our menu is a set menu per person and we do not currently offer tea and coffee to be served on it's own.
